"Winter is coming..."
...and so are the winter exhibitions. I've been sitting in the glasshouses painting in Bangor University's Treborth Botanical Gardens, and kept company by a very friendly, bold robin, who flies in between the gaps in the glass - he makes his appearance in many of my pictures this season. You can see my work at the following galleries:
Martin Tinney Gallery was established in Cardiff in 1992 and is now considered to be Wales’ premier private commercial art gallery. The gallery specialises in Welsh and Wales-based artists of the highest quality, past and present. The Winter Show runs from 30 November 2017 - 6 January 2018.
Oriel Tegfryn, Menai Bridge, established in 1963, is one of Wales' oldest galleries and has a long and respected history as the premier gallery in North Wales. The Winter Show runs from 18 November - 31 December 2017.
Founded in 1881, the Royal Cambrian Academy aims to create enjoyment of visual art in Wales through a lively exhibition and education programme. The Royal Cambrian Academy's Winter Exhibition at the gallery in Conwy runs until 6 January 2018.
Meanwhile I am working towards an exhibition at the Royal Cambrian Academy in March 2018, showing new work full of plants, mugs, jugs and colour.
